      Edwin A. Pehoski

      Edwin A. Pehoski, 54, town of Stockton, died at St. Michael's hospital at 8:30 o'clock this morning. He had been in ill health for the past year and a half and entered the hospital as a patient last April 22, remaining there since.
      He was born in the town of Bevent, Marathon County, on March 15, 1898, the only son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leon Pehoski.
      On May 26, 1924, he was married to the former Frances Meronk of the town of Buena Vista at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Buena Vista.
      Following their marriage the couple resided in Milwaukee until 1942 with Pehoski operating a radio shop there during the time.
      From 1942 until 1946 he was the manager of the Konkolville Lumber Company at Polonia and from then until his recent illness was manager of the Rosholt Box factory at Rosholt.
      Mr. Pehoski was a member of the Holy Name society at St. Martin's church at Ellis.
      Surviving are his wife; one son Robert, Milwaukee, a daughter, Mrs. Frank Sliva, Milwaukee, two grandchildren and five sisters; Mrs. Leon Mallberg and Mrs. Dan Cameron, Milwaukee, Mrs. Thomas Mahinski, 505 Union Street, Mrs. Louis Williams Harford and Mrs. William Worzella, Cudahy.
      Funeral services will be at St. Martin's church at Ellis Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
      Friends may call at the Crosby Funeral Home where prayers will be said at 8 o'clock Saturday and Sunday evenings.

      Funeral of Mr. Pehoski

      Rev. Emil Hodnik officiated at funeral services at 10:30 o'clock Monday morning for Edwin A. Pehoski, 54, town of Stockton, who died at St. Michael's hospital last Friday morning.
      The services were conducted at St. Martin's Catholic Church at Ellis and burial followed in the parish cemetery.
      The pallbearers were Sylvester Check, Frank Guth, James Stauss, Edward Rusin, Ben Klesmith and Ted Witczek.
      Those who attended the services from a distance were Mr., and Mrs. Robert Pehoski, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Mallberg, Mrs. Dan Cameron, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Meronk, Mr. and Mrs. David Meronk, Mrs. Phillip Meronk, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kluck and son, Joe and Andrew Charnecki all of Milwaukee.
      Mr. and Mrs. William Worzella and family, Cudahy; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Williams and family, Hartford; Mr. and Mrs. William Cummins, Des Plaines, Ill.
      Second Lt. Albert Mahinski and Cpl. Richard Meronk, Camp Atterbury, Ind; Mrs. Agatha Guth, Racine; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Meronk and Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Wanta, Hatley; Mr. and Mrs. Anton Meronk and Mrs. Rose Grulkowski, Bevent and many other relatives and friends from Portage county and vicinity.
